Hamilton (Tony) Oppenheimer and Marti Oppenheimer are founders of Oppenheimer Management & Consulting Associates (OMCA), a professional services firm providing lectures and consultations to philanthropists, family foundations, and family companies. Tony Oppenheimer is a nationally recognized speaker and published writer to philanthropic, business and educational organizations. OMCA helps families develop strategies for survival.

Oppenheimer has extensive personal and professional experience that he shares with his clients and audience in management, governance with charitable foundations, affluent individuals, and family corporations. He is a nationally recognized advisor, speaker, and writer for charitable, business and educational organizations in the fields of creating financial planning, succession, family dynamics, creating junior boards, responsible grant-making, and inter-generational passing of wealth.

He is also the former CEO of a publicly held real estate company managing over one million acres of farm and ranchland and commercial properties.

He has served on several public, private and charitable boards.

Tony is President of Oppenheimer Brothers Foundation supporting: visual and performance arts, medical research, education, and international cultural exchange and trade. Tony was recognized on Jewish Life TV for "Making a Difference" in Los Angeles in 2012. Tony and Marti were selected as one of "Twelve Couples Who Make a Difference" in Kansas City Magazine Article in 2010.

Tony Oppenheimer wrote the book. "The Tragedy Of Wealth – And How To Avoid It" which is in pre-publication.

He and his wife Marti acquired and donated for over twenty years the Oppenheimer Collection of Contemporary Art to Johnson County Community College (JCCC), and donated the permanent collection to the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art published in the book The Oppenheimer Collection. The second edition was published in 2012.

They helped make JCCC recognized as one of Top Ten Colleges for public art in America. He is a member of the Museum collection committees of: The National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), MOCA in Los Angeles, and the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art (NMOCA) in Kansas City.
